Hotel Santika Bangka

The location is good, easy to findBreakfast is good, mineral water in room satisfying

Cleanliness need to be upgraded. Dust in bathroom door grilled.Spiderweb in lamp capOutside window pane are very dirty, rustic. Can be seen from indoor. Need some improvement

Friendly staff, very helpful.Bed and pillows was comfortable.

Need bit maintenance the building.

Old but still nicely maintained. Seemed recently refurbished.

Some parts still felt a bit old. The gym was disappointing.

Breakfast was good, staffs are friendly, room was spacious

The room smells. It smell like cigarette, the ambience is old, the lights was gloomy, wish there will be white lights. Pool was dirty. Also the towel smells bad ?

Good price base on facilities.Location not too far from centre city.

If you come late night, parking are difficult

Business room near lobby

Staff more response quickly

We can park our car in front of hotel lobby, it is good because of rainy season.Price are reasonable, but breakfast are fair

unfortunately our neighbor is family with children, they drawn the chair or something, very noisy till mid night

Quite poor experience

Room, elevator, breakfast

it’s located in the city and not far from the airport.

the swimming was not clean.

The staff is friendly and keep checking if we like the room, AC is cold

Old and need renovation. Wall is dirty. Curtain is torn. Breakfast lack of option food is dry and not enticing. Toilet has stain. Wall is thin we cant sleep due to noise for 2 days(ppl open and close the door or we can even hear ppl showering).

The staff was great

The bathroom was terrible and has spiders

Breakfast was so-so. Choices of food were limited. However, it was like ordering food in food-court and we cannot choose the amount but was served by the staff across the table (could be due to COVID19 precautions).Location of hotel was far from the main city/town...but near to airport.

I asked for higher floor (3rd or 4th) but was given the basement-floor room.

Location, the health protocol, and the pool was just okay

Our bedsheets was dirty. There's not much variations for breakfast and the foods already cold. Even our omelets was really cold and dry, not fresh. Feels like the foods already been served and prepared from night. It was just far from our expectations.

The balcony of the room has fish pond. Breakfast is good

The location far away from central of the city. Fitness center is useless, only 2 equipments.
